1. General Information

 

Custom & Classics specializes in the sale of classic and collector vehicles. These vehicles are often decades old and are sold with unique characteristics, wear, and imperfections that reflect their age and history.

2. Vehicle Sales – As-Is Disclosure

All vehicles are sold “As-Is”, unless specifically noted otherwise in writing. We do our best to describe each vehicle accurately and transparently, but Custom & Classics makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the condition or performance of any vehicle.

A 10-Day Buy Back Guarantee may be available for qualifying vehicles, subject to conditions. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

3. Inspection and Test Drives

We strongly encourage independent pre-purchase inspections by third-party professionals. Test drives are available by appointment for qualified buyers with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

4. Payment Terms

We accept wire transfers only, processed through Bank of America, Wells Fargo, or Chase.

  • Full payment is required prior to vehicle release or shipment.

  • We do not accept checks, cash, or credit card payments for vehicle purchases.

  • Title and ownership transfer will occur only after the full payment has cleared.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We assist with shipping arrangements but are not responsible for delays or damages incurred during transport. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the vehicle leaves our facility.

6. Returns and Buy Back Guarantee
