At Custom & Classics!, we are committed to providing confidence in your classic car purchase. That’s why we offer a 10-Day Buy Back Guarantee on eligible vehicles. You may return your vehicle within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Buy Back Guarantee – Vehicle Returns

To be eligible for a vehicle return under our 10-Day Buy Back Guarantee:

  • The vehicle must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as when sold.
  • No more than 300 additional miles may be driven after delivery.
  • The vehicle must not have been involved in any accidents, damage, or modifications.
  • You must return the title and all original documentation, keys, and accessories.
  • A restocking or transport fee may apply if the vehicle is picked up by Custom & Classics!.

We reserve the right to inspect and approve the condition of the vehicle before issuing a refund.

Vehicles sold “AS-IS – No Buy Back” are excluded.

Non-Vehicle Items – 30 Day Returns

We accept returns on non-vehicle merchandise such as:

  • Apparel
  • Automotive accessories
  • Collectibles

These items must be returned within 30 days, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Vehicles outside the 10-day return window
  • Vehicles with more than 300 miles added or altered condition
  • Custom or special-order vehicles
  • Gift cards or downloadable items
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (vehicle or merchandise), we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping & Transport Costs

  • Vehicle returns: Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Merchandise: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend trackable shipping or insurance for any high-value items or vehicle documents.
